Your whole team
Copilot-smart.
No day lost.
Online training that adapts to every employee. Short blocks in between the day job, €89 per participant. Even if someone has never written a prompt.
What your team gains
- Summarising a meeting72 → 88
- Prompt with goal and context18 → 74
- Reviewing output11 → 63
- Excel and data7 → 41
You see exactly where each team can gain.
Sound familiar?
Those Copilot licences cost you €20 to €30 per person per month. And what does the average employee use them for? Summarising an email. A waste. The real gain sits in the work that comes back every day: reports, Excel, meetings, customer emails.
Sending everyone off to a one-day course? That quickly costs €2,700 per group, and without repetition 70% is forgotten within a day. That's simply how memory works. Our online training takes a different route: short blocks of ten to thirty minutes, spread over 60 days, repeating exactly what you found hard.
Not a study day you half remember.
Just hands-on from day one, in your own work.
Measure → Train → Improve
How it works
- Step 1
Measure
- Role
- Work context
- Knowledge level
- Self-assessment
Five minutes and we know enough.
Every employee starts with a short intake: role, level and what matters to you. No exam that scares people off, just the basis for training that actually fits.
- Step 2
Train
- 1. Prompt
- 2. Excel
- 3. Teams
- 4. Chat
- 5. Word
- 6. Reviewing
The training adapts, not the other way round.
Short blocks of ten to thirty minutes, in between the day job. A controller gets Excel first, a team lead gets meetings. Different order, different examples, different pace.
- Step 3
Improve
60 days. Orange = assignment unlocks after the certificate.
60 days of training, so it sticks.
Without repetition you lose 70% of new knowledge within a day. That's how memory works, ask Ebbinghaus. So for 60 days we repeat what you found hard, with assignments that only unlock after the certificate.
What it delivers
Online first. Then classroom, targeted.
What the online training delivers
Everyone starts at their own level and works through eight modules in short blocks of ten to thirty minutes. No day out of the diary, no room, no travel time.
- A certificate per participant, and up to a year of access to updates, the prompt gallery and the daily prompt.
- Reporting per role and per team: where it already works, and where there's still gain.
- 60 days of repetition and assignments, including after the certificate, so it sticks.
€89 per participant.
See what's insideAnd then classroom, when the reporting calls for it
The reporting shows which teams need to go deeper and on what. So you don't buy a day for everyone, but a targeted session for those who really benefit.
- Six trainings, from critical review to Copilot agents.
- Per group of up to twelve participants, at your own location.
- Subject and level follow from the reporting, not from a standard programme.
€750 to €2,250 per group.

the whole programme: training, repetition and measurement
We're not saying classroom training is bad, we run it ourselves. But the order matters. A classroom day for ten people costs €2,700 on average; with us that same group does the whole programme for €890. The reporting then shows which team needs to go deeper, and only then do you book a targeted workshop.

Frequently asked questions
What do I learn in the Online Copilot Training?
Effective prompting, working faster with AI and using Copilot in your daily tasks: email, meetings, Excel, reports. You practise with your own work files, so what you learn today you simply use tomorrow.
Why online instead of classroom?
In a classroom everyone sits on the same subject at the same time, however mixed the group is. Online, everyone trains at their own level, in short blocks in between work, for 60 days. That sticks far better than a single day. We run classroom sessions too, but targeted: when the reporting shows which team needs to go deeper.
Who is the training for?
For anyone who works with Microsoft 365, from someone who has never opened Copilot to someone who lives in it. The intake sets your starting level. Already know a module? Take the exemption test and skip it.
What about security and privacy?
No fuss, just safe. We don't connect anything to your Microsoft environment, data stays in the EU and the dashboard shows teams, not names. The details are in our privacy statement.
What is the minimum number of participants?
You can start from five participants, at €89 per participant. From fifty participants the price per person drops, and again a few times above that. On the pricing page you can slide to your own number.
Can we try it first?
Sure. Plan a demo and we'll show the dashboard with sample data. A pilot with one team is also possible: measure first, train for 60 days, then decide about the rest.
