Copilot: from bought
to used.
A small part of your day.
Buying licences is the easy part. Our online Copilot training turns that investment into behaviour on the work floor: a short learning moment a day, on your own working days, with only the material that is relevant to you. €89 per participant for twelve months. From 25 participants that figure drops.

Sound familiar?
Those Copilot licences cost you €20 to €30 per person per month. And what does the average employee use them for? Summarising an email. A waste. The real gain sits in the work that comes back every day: reports, Excel, meetings, customer emails.
Sending everyone off to a one-day course? That quickly costs €2,700 per group, for ten participants who have not done any e-learning. And most of it drains away once nothing is done with it. It is not a knowledge problem, it is a habit problem. So our online Copilot training takes a different route: a small part of your working day, for 60 working days, repeating exactly what you found hard.
Not a course that chases you.
A programme that respects your diary.

How it works
- Step 1
Measure
- Role
- Work context
- Knowledge level
- Self-assessment
Five minutes that set the rest of the route.
The baseline asks about your role, how you work, your knowledge per theme and where your time goes. From that follow your route, your examples and your order. The level it produces is never shown to you: you only see material that fits.
- Step 2
Train
- 1. Teams
- 2. Outlook
- 3. Word
- 4. Excel
- 5. PowerPoint
- 6. Chat
A short learning moment, on your own working days.
26 learning moments in three phases, spread over 60 working days. The starting week gets you going quickly, without a hurdle. If your days are full of meetings you start with Teams; if you live in your inbox, with Outlook. Off on Wednesdays? Then Wednesdays stay quiet. On holiday? The dates move with you.

60 working days. Orange = fixed milestone, in the same place for everyone.
Repeating on the days it threatens to fade.
A habit takes around 66 days on average; knowledge poured in on a single day fades within weeks. So the learning environment repeats every question along a fixed ladder of 1, 3, 7, 16 and 35 days, and the reinforcement track carries on for another 60 days after the certificate.

What the online workshop delivers
Everyone starts at their own level and works through 26 learning moments in three phases, in short daily sessions. No day out of the diary, no room, no travel time.
- A certificate per participant: publicly verifiable, added to LinkedIn in one click and carrying your own organisation's logo.
- Reporting per role and per team: where it already works, and where there's still gain. Group figures only from five participants up.
- Repetition along a fixed ladder, and another 60 days of reinforcement after the certificate, so it sticks.
€89 per participant, for twelve months.

And then classroom, when the reporting calls for it
The reporting shows which teams need to go deeper and on what. So you don't buy a day for everyone, but a targeted session for those who really benefit.
- Six trainings, from critical review to Copilot agents.
- Per group of up to twelve participants, at your own location.
- Subject and level follow from the reporting, not from a standard programme.
€750 to €2,250 per group.

Two programmes, ready to run
- Programme 1
AI literacy
Ninety minutes in four modules, brand-free and product-independent. What AI is and is not, where it goes wrong, safe and by the rules, and applying it in your own work. This is the answer to Article 4 of the European AI Act, with a register that shows per employee who is done.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Online Workshop
The adaptive 60-working-day programme: 26 learning moments in three phases, with a start week, a baseline on working day five, fixed milestones and app modules that bend to your work. This is the programme where Copilot becomes a habit.
See what's inside
Both run in the same closed learning environment: no open marketplace, no self-registration. Whoever gets in, gets in because your organisation invited them.
What participants get
One card a day, done is done
Today's lesson plus a few repeat questions, bounded so it fits a real working day. Want more? The bonus space is open. Voluntary, without notifications.
Only what is relevant to you
Never work in Excel? Then no Excel examples. Know a lot already? You get a more compact track. A level label is never shown to you.
A streak that forgives
Weekends and holidays never break anything, and the main measure is the week streak: a week counts at three or more of the five working days.
Time gains you see yourself
The pay-back counter puts side by side what the learning cost and what it delivered according to your own feedback. Honestly labelled as an estimate.
A certificate that is worth something
Publicly verifiable at its own address, added to LinkedIn in one click, and carrying your own organisation's logo.
The maths, for a group of ten
One classroom day, ten participants

average. Nobody has done the e-learning, so all ten go to the room.
With us, those same ten participants
€0
the e-learning for all ten: training, repetition and measurement
We're not saying classroom training is bad, we run it ourselves. But the order matters. A day in the room for ten people who have not done any e-learning costs €2,700 on average, because everyone has to attend. With us that group does the e-learning first, for €890. The reporting then shows who needs to go deeper, and you buy one targeted session for that smaller group. Even with a half-day session at €1,550 on top you land at €2,440.

Frequently asked questions
What do I learn in the Microsoft 365 Copilot Online Workshop?
Effective prompting, working faster with AI and using Copilot in your daily tasks: email, meetings, Excel, reports. You practise in your own work environment, so what you learn today you simply use tomorrow.
Why 60 working days instead of one course day?
A classroom day teaches people what Copilot can do. It does not teach them to use Copilot: that knowledge fades within weeks. Forming a habit takes around 66 days on average. So the programme spreads the material over 60 working days, in short learning moments that fit a real working week, with repetition at fixed intervals. We run classroom sessions too, but targeted: when the reporting shows which team needs to go deeper.
Who is the training for?
For anyone who works with Microsoft 365, from someone who has never opened Copilot to someone who lives in it. The baseline sets your route, your order and your examples. Do well on a test and you get more complex cases and deeper material instead of repeating what you already know.
What about security and privacy?
We don't connect anything to your Microsoft environment and no learning data goes to third parties. We deliberately do not track time: that is the difference between learning and surveillance. Group figures only appear from five participants up, and the dashboard shows teams, not names. The details are in our privacy statement.
What is the minimum number of participants?
There is no minimum. Basic costs €69 per participant for twelve months; if you want the reinforcement and the dashboard, Plus at €89 is the logical choice. From 25 participants the price per person drops, with new steps at 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250; from 300 it's a custom quote. The pricing page shows the full tier table and lets you slide to your own number.
Can we try it first?
Sure. Plan a demo and we'll show the dashboard with sample data. A pilot with one team is also possible: measure first, train for 60 working days, then decide about the rest.
