The training
Microsoft 365 Copilot training: eight modules, short blocks.

The modules
01 · From 1 to 8
Eight modules, from your first prompt to AI in your regular workweek. The large number is the study load in minutes, as a guideline.

What Copilot is
And, more importantly: what it isn't
Where the answer comes from, why it sometimes makes things up, and what your license does and doesn't unlock. Without this block, the rest stays magic.
- Name one task from this week
- Two things you deliberately don't hand off

minutes
Prompting
Task, context, form
A prompt is a work assignment. You practise with role, context, desired form, and adjusting an answer that's almost there.
- Rewrite five prompts from your own work
- Refine one prompt over three turns

Assessing
When is it wrong?
The most important skill and the least practised one. You learn where errors typically hide: numbers, quotes, names and tone.
- Check three answers with a checklist
- Find one error that doesn't stand out

minutes
Teams and Outlook
Meetings and mail
Meeting summaries you're comfortable forwarding, action points that hold up, and mail that doesn't sound like a robot.
- Summarise your own meeting
- Handle three emails with a draft plus your own touch

minutes
Word
Writing and rewriting
From a blank page to a first draft, and from a long version to a readable one. Includes working with your own source files.
- A note in your house style
- Reduce a long piece to one page
0
minutes
Excel
Analysis without formula knowledge
Asking questions of your own data, spotting patterns, and getting formulas explained. Plus: when you really need to check the answer yourself.
- Query your own table
- Manually check one outcome
0
minutes
PowerPoint and Chat
From document to story
Building a deck from existing material and using Copilot Chat as your starting point across apps.
- Deck from an existing document
- One work question spanning three files

Building it into your week
From being able to, to doing
You pick three recurring tasks and set out how you'll do them from now on. This block decides whether the rest sticks.
- Set out three tasks
- Agreement with your team on what you share
Eight modules in short blocks. Classroom in one or two half-days, e-learning spread over 60 days.
What you get
02 · Alongside the modules
Hands-on assignments
Two per module, in your own files. No practice environment with made-up data, that doesn't work and you'd spot it right away.
Feedback on your work
On assignments where it goes wrong you get a short response: what was missing and how to fix it. Not auto-graded.
Prompt gallery
Prompts by role and by app, with an explanation of why they work. You can add your own prompts for your team.
Follow-up reinforcement
For 60 days, exactly the parts that didn't stick come back. Short, and at a moment that suits you.
03 · The certificate
A certificate, plus the proof to go with it.
You'll get one, with a date and the parts you completed. And the follow-up assessment 60 days later shows what truly stuck.
BoundaryThe certificate goes to the participant. Your employer sees the number, not your answers.
