This is the answer to Article 4 of the European AI Regulation, which since February 2025 has required organisations to ensure their staff are sufficiently AI literate. Beyond that, no minimum order and no setup fee. Whether you register five people or five hundred, you pay per participant and nothing else.
What's in the ninety minutes

Four modules, spread across fifteen parts. You watch videos, answer questions along the way, flip cards, match terms and put steps in order. En route you get two cases and four tests, plus six AI challenges and a hand-out for afterwards. Do it in one go or spread it across the week.
Module 01
What AI is and isn't
Without jargon and without futurology: what a language model does, why it sounds convincing even when it's wrong, and where it's pattern matching rather than understanding. This is the base the rest builds on.
Module 02
Where it goes wrong
Invented sources, adopted assumptions, biased output and the ease with which sensitive data ends up somewhere. With real examples, not scenarios from a press release.
Module 03
Safe and by the rules
What you do and don't enter, when you put a human in between and what Article 4 of the AI Regulation asks of your organisation. In plain language, without having to memorise legal articles.

What you prove with the certificate
03 · The evidence
Every participant automatically receives a certificate afterwards. You get the AI literacy register: for each employee, completed, in progress or not yet started, exportable as evidence for a supervisory authority.
The certificate is issued automatically once the training is completed, and it is publicly verifiable: anyone opening the address on the certificate can see whether it's genuine. The four tests behind it are marked on the server. The correct answers never reach the browser, so peeking at the source code yields nothing.
The register deliberately holds no answers and no completion times. What someone got wrong, or how long they took, is learning data, not evidence. Worth knowing: the law prescribes an outcome rather than a method, so an officially recognised AI Act certificate doesn't exist, as the legal text shows. If you also want to prove the level actually changed, combine the e-learning with the before-and-after measurement.
What this is and isn't for
This e-learning covers the knowledge base Article 4 asks of everyone. The role analysis and the file, steps two and four, come from the measurement. Taking only this gives you a solid base and an attendance list; doing both gives you a case.
Example with a fictional participant. The real certificate is issued automatically, carries the employer's logo and can be checked by anyone at the address at the bottom.

Questions about the e-learning
06 · Short answer
How long does the e-learning take?
Ninety minutes, and that includes the assignments. You can do it in one go or module by module, because the four modules stand alone. There's no deadline and no annual subscription: you buy it once.
What does it cost per participant?
€49 per participant, one-off and excluding VAT. No minimum order and no setup fee. From 25 participants the price per person drops, in steps down to €25 for large groups; from 300 participants it's a custom quote. That's stated in the quote, not in the fine print.
Does this satisfy the AI literacy obligation?
The knowledge base, yes; the whole obligation, no, and anyone promising the latter is promising something they can't deliver. Article 4 asks for a level appropriate to the role, plus documentation. This e-learning is identical for everyone and so covers the base; the role analysis and the file come from the measurement.
Is it tied to Copilot?
No. The e-learning is about AI in general: what it is, where it goes wrong and what the law asks of you. Whether your organisation uses Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or an AI feature in an existing package makes no difference to these ninety minutes. Product-specific subjects sit in the Copilot programme.
Do we get a group overview?
Yes, exportable to Excel: who completed the e-learning and when. That's exactly the part you need for your file. Names do appear here, because a completion record without names is worthless as evidence, unlike the measurement, where we deliberately report group figures.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Yes, that's the premise. No prior knowledge is needed and there's no Microsoft jargon in it. For people who are already advanced it's ninety minutes they largely know, not a bad investment, since the law asks it of everyone, but don't count on learning gains. That group belongs in the advanced trainings.
