02 · About Itjoe
Hi. I'm Ziggy Itjoejaree, a Microsoft 365 consultant with eight years in the field. I've seen enough cloud rollouts from close up to know where they work and where they fail. The failures are almost never about technology.
Those eight years were spent in IT and Microsoft 365, first in DevOps and at an MSP, the last few on adoption and AI readiness. I have guided organisations in healthcare, mid-sized business and internationals onto the cloud, across a range of projects. That was as an employee and not through Itjoe, but it is where this comes from.
The pattern is the same every time: licences arranged, a kick-off with a demo, and then waiting for usage to pick up by itself. It doesn't. So I built a training that adapts to the participant and that you can simply check afterwards. Built around spaced repetition and testing, because those are the two things that hold up in learning research.
You get the person who built the training and delivers it too. That means short lines and a straight answer, including when that answer is that we're not the right fit. Sometimes we work with freelance trainers. You'll hear that beforehand, not when someone is already standing in front of the group.
Rotterdam by nature
We're based in Rotterdam, and it shows. Less talk, more doing: no forty-slide deck, no promises you can only check a year from now. We say what it costs, what it delivers and what it doesn't. Roll up your sleeves and ship it.
