For employers
Measuring Copilot adoption: see where the gain is.
Three figures you can pass on internally: completed courses, certificates issued and study load per month. From one calculation, so the screen, the email and the Excel file all show the same number.
- 3
- figures to pass on
- 1
- calculation, same number everywhere
- 5
- participants as the floor

The dashboard
01 · The panel
This is what you see when you log in. Below is the same panel again, but to click through: each block explains what it means and what to do with it.
Group figures never appear below five measured participants. No names, no ranking.
Needs attention
Which department?
From the sense that your people are behind to seeing which department is behind. Every signal carries the fact it rests on: many non-starters point to a kick-off, many completers without application to a reinforcement session.
Action: talking to one team lead works better than 23 reminders.
The monthly email
02 · What lands in your inbox
The same summary as on the dashboard, from the same calculation. One email per month, on the first working day. Five lines, one link. You don't need to log in to know if something is up.
- Only the difference compared to last month.
- What has declined is shown first, not what's going well.
- Can be switched off, per recipient. We don't send anything else.

Reporting
03 · What comes out
Excel export
Everything on the panel, per team and per month. The same number as on the screen and in the email, because it comes from the same calculation. Aggregated, without names.
- Per team and per month
- No personal data
- Downloadable yourself
AI literacy register
Per employee the status and date of completion, exportable as evidence for Article 4 of the AI Act. Deliberately without answers or completion times: only what you need to be able to demonstrate.
- Status and date per employee
- Evidence for Article 4
- No answers or completion times
Deep-dive report
Shows which material isn't sticking, per app and per competency. That's where you plan an extra session, with the fact behind the signal included.
- Per app and per competency
- Every signal substantiated
- From five measured participants
04 · The brake
Reminders with a brake.
A system that keeps nagging gets ignored, then resented. So one rule holds for everyone: at most one reminder per working day, never in the evening or at the weekend, and never about work that's already done. If someone ignores three in a row, the system turns itself down.
LimitYou can send a targeted reminder to whoever has stalled, with a button on the dashboard. The brake is built in: never more than one reminder per week per person, and no email to managers about individual employees.
Only on days with a scheduled learning moment. This follows the personal schedule.
The ceiling over 60 working days
The blocks show the maximum a profile allows, not the moments themselves. Those become scarcer as something sticks better, as the learning system explains.
Technology and management
05 · Setup
SSO via Entra ID
Included in every package. Log in with the account people already have: no extra password, no separate user list that goes stale. Onboarding and offboarding follow your own management.
SCORM export
Already running your own learning platform? Then we deliver the modules as a SCORM package. Measurement and reinforcement run through us, progress through your LMS.
From one department to a holding company
Multi-tenant and multilingual. Each organization gets its own SSO, its own logo and its own reporting. Start with one department and scale up without a second environment.
Staying current after the certificate
Copilot changes every month. The news channel keeps talking after the last certificate has been issued, so your people stay current without you buying a new programme.
06 · Good employership
Figures to steer with, not to police with.
- 01What someone reports about their own time saved you only see per team, never per name.
- 02We measure skill, not screen time or number of prompts.
- 03The figures are there to steer with, not for performance reviews.
- 04We connect nothing to your Microsoft environment and see no documents, email or chats.
That keeps the training something employees do for themselves. It works better than surveillance, and it saves you a tricky conversation with the works council. The agreements are in a standard data processing agreement you can read in advance.
