04 · Short answer
How quickly can we start?
Tomorrow, if you like. IT doesn't need to set anything up and participants log in through the browser. The baseline assessment of about five minutes follows automatically on working day five.
Can experienced users move through the programme faster?
You can't skip anything, but you don't repeat what you already master either. The programme is adaptive: do well on a test and you get more complex cases and deeper material. And every lesson carries three tracks, so what you already know gets more compact.
Can everyone follow the same training?
The content is the same, but the order, examples and pace adapt to your role, your level and what you find important. A controller gets Excel earlier than a communications advisor.
How is this different from a standard e-learning?
With us, it's about behaviour change, not ticking boxes. That's why there's feedback on assignments, reassessments on day 40 and 60, and a 60-day reinforcement track after the certificate.
