02 · Measure, train, embed
- Step 1
Baseline assessment
On working day five, in about five minutes: role, work context, knowledge level and self-assessment. The outcome determines the order and examples in the programme. Not an entry exam that scares people off.
- Step 2
Tailored content
The online programme is the Microsoft 365 Copilot Online Workshop: 26 mandatory learning moments in three phases, over 60 working days. Each participant follows their own working days. The milestones are fixed, the emphasis shifts: a team with lots of PowerPoint gets more presentation examples, a finance team more Excel.
- Step 3
Reinforcement
For 60 days after the certificate, the parts that didn't stick come back. Short, at the right moment, and aligned with what the baseline and follow-up assessments indicate. After that, a short quarterly pulse checks whether it is still being used.
The dashboard
03 · What you see
The employer dashboard shows four blocks: who needs attention, what happened this month, what it delivers and the skills matrix. All at team level, never individual.

Monthly email
One email per month, on the first working day. What went down, what went up, and which team could use a conversation. You can switch it off per recipient.
We don't send reminders to participants. That's your responsibility, not a system's.

Where we come
06 · On site
The whole of the Netherlands, at your own office. Travel time and travel costs are included in the session price, so a training in Groningen or Maastricht costs the same as one around the corner. You get no mileage invoice afterwards.
We are based in Rotterdam and have no offices elsewhere. We mention it because some providers list an address per city while running one office. It makes no difference to you, since the trainer travels to you, but at least you know who you are dealing with.
Belgium is possible, by arrangement. There we do charge travel time separately, and that is stated plainly in the quote.
No location needed?
The online training needs no room, no travel time and no date when everyone happens to be free. For most organisations that is the start, and the on-site session follows only once the reporting shows where it is needed.
About the workshopsTaken care of
No fuss, just safe.
We don't connect anything to your Microsoft environment and the dashboard shows teams, not names. So everyone knows: this is for learning, not for judging.
Pricing

Costs depend on the number of participants, the format and the amount of customisation. Below is a guideline. For an exact quote we schedule an introduction.

Calculation
One training day for ten people who have not done any e-learning costs €2,700 on average, because everyone has to attend. Add a day of lost production to that. With us that group does the e-learning first for €890, in between the day job. You then book the workshop where it's needed, for the smaller group that needs it.
