AI workshop

An AI workshop built on your own work, not a generic demo.

One half-day with your own team, your own files and a trainer who knows in advance where the group stands. Not a room full of people watching the same screen while half of them already know it.

What a workshop means here

01 · The format

A working session of half a day for six to twelve people, in which everyone works with their own files. Not a lecture, and not slides you get emailed afterwards.

The trainer reads your group's report beforehand. It shows which part scores lowest, and that is what the session covers. It saves the first two hours that otherwise go into working out who already knows what.

The subjects are fixed, the content is not. There are six sessions, from critical review to building agents, and which one fits follows from the measurement. They are listed with programme and price on the workshop page.

We come to your location, anywhere in the Netherlands. Travel time is included in the price, so a session in Groningen costs the same as one around the corner. We are based in Rotterdam.

Price per session

From €750 to €2,250 for the whole group, excluding VAT. Not per participant: the value sits in the session, not in the headcount.

When a workshop is the right answer

02 · The trade-off

Yes

One thing is stuck

The group already uses AI, but one thing goes wrong structurally. A session about exactly that turns it around in half a day.

Yes

It has to happen together

Agreeing what you do and don't enter into a tool works better with the whole department in one room than with an email afterwards.

No

Nobody has started yet

Then a session is the most expensive way to cover the basics. Start with the e-learning and buy the workshop once the measurement shows where it is needed.

When you had better not book one

03 · The honest part

A workshop is a single moment. What happens that afternoon is visible and enjoyable, and that is exactly why it gets sold more often than it should.

Without repetition what was covered fades away. That is not an opinion about our trainers but how learning works, and it is why we put 60 days of reinforcement behind every session. What that means is set out on why e-learning.

Buy a day for everyone and you also pay for the people who already knew it. At ten participants that is a small difference; at two hundred it is the difference between seventeen groups and three targeted sessions. The full comparison of the four formats is on comparing trainings.

Questions about the AI workshop

04 · Short answer

What does an AI workshop cost?

From €750 for 90 minutes to €2,250 for 6 hours, per session for the whole group rather than per participant. Preparation, materials and travel time within the Netherlands are included, VAT is not. The value sits in the session, so charging per head would set the wrong incentive.

How many people can join?

Six to twelve, depending on the subject. Above twelve the trainer can no longer look over someone's shoulder, and it becomes a presentation rather than a working session. With a larger group we run several sessions or put the e-learning in front of it.

Is it only about Copilot?

No. The skills are the same whichever model sits underneath: framing a task, supplying context and judging whether what comes out holds up. We do practise in the tool you actually use, because practising in an environment you never open again delivers nothing.

What do participants need to know beforehand?

Nothing. We do ask for a short measurement per participant beforehand, so the trainer knows where everyone stands and shapes the session around it. Without it we cover a standard programme, and then half the room sits waiting.

If you are working on AI literacy because you have to, first read what is actually required. A workshop is one way to meet it, not the only one.
