Copilot workshop

A Copilot workshop that actually lands.

Not a generic Copilot demo. We measure where the team stands first, and the outcome decides what we cover in the room. Everyone works on their own files.

Signal'Review' column below 3 in the matrix

The most requested workshop, and not by coincidence the weakest column at almost every organization. People trust the output too fast. You practice with real errors from your own documents.

  • Check five answers with a checklist
  • Verify figures and quotes
  • Agree on what never goes out unchecked

SignalLow score on analysis, while the team works with data

For teams that work in spreadsheets daily and still see Copilot as a text tool. We use your own exports, including the messy ones.

  • Query your own dataset
  • Have formulas explained and checked
  • Set the boundary: what do you verify yourself?

SignalMany meetings per week, low score on summarizing

Four hours on the work that returns every week: meetings, mail, calendar and the documents that follow from them. We start with the assignments this group submitted in the e-learning, so the examples are yours.

  • Summarize your own meeting and verify the action points
  • Set up mail and calendar in blocks
  • Standardize one recurring document

SignalOutput sounds generic, 'Create' column lags behind

Four hours on work where the substance has to come from you and the shape may come from Copilot. We start with the pieces this group submitted in the e-learning, so we already know where it turned generic.

  • Build a context document and style guide
  • Reduce a long piece to one page that holds up
  • Keep sources traceable

SignalUsage drops after week three, teams differ sharply

Why it lands with one team and not another. We go through your own dashboard, and you leave with three agreements per team, not general tips.

  • Read your own dashboard
  • Explain differences between teams
  • Set three agreements per team

SignalGroup with scores 4 and 5, drifting to 'boring'

Six hours for the group that sits waiting in the standard training. They map one recurring process, build an agent for it, break it on purpose and arrange the handover.

  • Map one process
  • Build, test and deliberately break an agent
  • Arrange handover and ownership

average across five teams

Follows from this

Why not everyone?

03 · The starting point

Specific

One training addresses one signal from the report. Not a tour of every app, but ninety minutes to six hours on the topic that measurably lags.

Deliberate

The participant list follows from the matrix and roles, not from an invite to the whole department. People who already master it aren't included.

Better quality

A smaller group, your own files on the table, and a trainer who has read your figures beforehand. That's a different conversation than a general introduction.

Good to knowThat way you don't buy a day for everyone, but exactly the session that moves a team forward. Cheaper, and more fun for the participants too.

A half-day up close

04 · The build-up

Below is the shape of a standard half-day. An advanced training follows the same form in a longer version: more time to practise and a separate block to record what changes.

  1. 0:00

    Where the team stands

We show the baseline results: which parts are fine and which aren't. Anonymous, and only from five reporters onwards.

  2. 0:20

    Prompting in practice

No prompt lists to copy, but a way of phrasing that works with your own documents.

  3. 1:10

    Working on your own tasks

Participants pick a real task from their week. We walk around, look along and correct where it goes wrong.

  4. 2:20

    Making agreements

What you'll use from tomorrow, and what you won't. Those agreements return in the reinforcement of the weeks after.

On site

Teams that sit together

  • We come to your office
  • Own laptops, own files

Online

Distributed teams or multiple locations

  • Via Teams, in blocks of 90 minutes
  • Breakouts to practise
  • No recording, but a summary

After the e-learning

Groups that already did the modules

  • Only the topics that didn't stick
  • Shorter session, more practice
  • Follow-up assessment afterwards

What a session costs

06 · The price

Per session for the whole group, not per participant. Including preparation on your report, materials and travel time within the Netherlands. Excluding VAT.

At twelve participants

00

per person, per session

Open enrolment in the Netherlands sits around €525 to €599 per person for one day. A targeted session for your own team is therefore not more expensive but cheaper, provided you buy it for the right people.

What's extra

  • Above twelve participants we split into two sessions.
  • Without a running package, the baseline measurement is quoted separately.
  • Two or more sessions on one day: the second at 75%.

Indication, not a quote.

07 · How we safeguard quality

A good session is prepared, not improvised.

01

Beforehand: the trainer reads your figures

Two weeks in advance, the trainer receives the report from the participating teams and has a short talk with the manager. Examples come from your own work.

02

During: 12 max, usually fewer

With more than twelve people it becomes a presentation. We'd rather split into two groups than pack one full.

03

Afterwards: one commitment per participant

Everyone leaves with one concrete task they'll do differently from Monday. It's written down and comes back during follow-up.

04

60 days later: measure again

The competency the workshop was planned for gets measured again. If there's no shift, it wasn't the participants' fault.

0

€ for a half day, per group

0

participants, maximum

0

weeks later, measured again

Workshops aren't part of the package price; they're budgeted per session. At 200 employees, two to three targeted sessions per year is typical, not a half-day for everyone.

What we need

Licences, a room and real tasks.

Participants need a working Copilot licence and a task they had to do that week anyway. Without that, it stays theory.

Good to know

  • Participants practise with their own work, so the gain shows immediately.
  • The reporting shows teams, not names. That keeps it learning, not appraisal.

Questions

08 · Short answer

Can a workshop run without a baseline assessment?

It can, but then we cover a standard programme. With a baseline we know in advance which parts you can skip.

How many sessions are needed?

One session creates a shared baseline. A second, 60 days later, shows what really stuck. At two hundred employees, two to three targeted sessions a year is typical.

What's the difference between a workshop and an advanced training?

A workshop addresses one signal from the measurement and can stand alone. An advanced training builds on the e-learning: we start from that group's follow-up measurement and skip what they already know. That's why it runs four to six hours instead of two to three.

What does a session cost versus e-learning?

A session costs €750 to €2,250 for the whole group, depending on length. At twelve participants that's €63 to €188 per person, against €525 to €599 per person for a day of open enrolment. E-learning starts at €59 per participant, including reinforcement.
