What this training is about
02 · The substance
Office work is repetition. The same meeting, the same stream of mail, the same monthly overview in a slightly different jacket. That's exactly where an assistant delivers most, and also the work people are slowest to change, because it does, after all, run.
So this isn't an introduction. The group has done the eight modules, the follow-up measurement is in, and we therefore know which parts stuck and which didn't. That's where the afternoon starts: not with what Copilot can do, but with what this group demonstrably still isn't doing.
What's on the table at the end is concrete. One meeting that gets summarized differently from now on, one mail routine that moves to blocks, and one recurring document with a fixed structure written down. No general tips.

Many meetings per week, low score on summarizing
Who it's for
03 · The participants
01
Office management and support
Calendars, minutes, preparing documents. The work that only becomes visible when it doesn't happen.
02
Client contact and back office
Lots of mail, lots of the same questions, and a tone that has to stay consistent.
03
Planning and administration
Recurring overviews and reports with a fixed shape.
The programme
04 · The build-up
An indication, not a timetable. What the group needs weighs more than the clock.
0:00
What the measurement shows
This group's follow-up measurement, without names. Which parts held and which faded.
0:40
Minutes you dare to forward
Summarizing, then checking the action points for commitments nobody actually made.
1:40
Mail and calendar in blocks
From reacting to resolving. What you batch and what you leave alone.
2:40
Standardizing one document
The group picks a recurring document and agrees a fixed structure for it.
3:30
Agreements
One change per participant, on paper, with a date attached.
Questions about this training
05 · Short answer
How is this different from the core modules?
The modules teach the skill; this training applies it to your own weekly rhythm. We also start from the follow-up measurement, so we skip what the group already knows. Without the modules first, that starting point is missing and it becomes an introduction after all.
Does everyone have to have done the e-learning?
Preferably yes. One or two participants who missed it works out fine; if it's half the room we split into two sessions. Otherwise one half sits waiting while the other is brought up to speed.
Why four hours?
Because three hours is enough to practise but not to commit to anything. The last half hour, where the agreements are written down, is the part that still makes a difference six weeks later.
Can this be done online?
Yes, in two two-hour blocks a week apart. It works slightly less well for standardizing a document, because you're not all looking at one screen. Otherwise the difference is small.
