NoteThe organisations, people, email addresses and results in these images are invented. No real participant or client appears anywhere. The screens themselves are real: they come straight out of the application.

For the participant

Participant dashboard showing time spent, completed training, challenges and a review question from earlier lesson material — Every participant sees at a glance where they stand, what is left and what needs reviewing.

Training page marking per module whether it is solid or there is ground to gain, with advice on the next step — The order of the training adapts to the participant. Anyone who already has a skill moves on.

Lesson unit in the player with a sample prompt, an interim question and module progress on the left — Short units with a question in between, so the material sticks.

Submitted practical assignment with the reviewer's written response to the participant's work above it — Participants hand in real work, and a human answers it.

Once the training is done

Challenges overview with short workplace assignments per category, tickable, with progress at the top — It does not stop when the training ends: short assignments keep the use going.

Prompt gallery with 24 ready-made prompts, filters per Microsoft 365 app and the prompts matching this participant's work on top — A reference that keeps working long after the training is over.

Achievements page listing milestones reached and the date the participant reached them — Milestones you pass along the way — for the participant alone.

AI literacy certificate showing the learning objectives, the 1.5-hour study load, the certificate number and the address where it can be verified — A verifiable certificate carrying the employer's logo, shareable on LinkedIn straight away.
