Copilot for HR and L&D
Copilot for HR: a rollout you can back up.
You have to explain why budget goes to Copilot and what it delivered. We supply the figures that carry that conversation: progress, time saved and improvement per team.
What's on your plate
01 · The task
The business case
Licence costs are known, usage usually isn't. With a baseline and a follow-up you have two points to draw a line between.
The planning
Eight modules of ten to thirty minutes. No days blocked out, but a rhythm you can put in an annual plan.
Explaining it to the team
You can show in advance what is and isn't measured. That removes half the resistance.
What you can report
02 · The figures
0
days of reinforcement
After the certificate, the training keeps repeating what was hard for 60 days. So you report behaviour that stuck, not attendance.
0
measurement moments
A baseline before the start and a follow-up 60 days after the certificate. Same questions, same scale. The difference is your figure.
0
email per month
One overview per month with what's moving and what's standing still. No daily notifications.
Figures per team, ready to forward to your board or works council.
03 · For the works council
The works council talk takes five minutes.
Taking part is voluntary, the reporting shows teams instead of names, and you can share it unchanged. All the details are in our privacy statement, so there's nothing for you to dig up.
The timeline
04 · From start to figure
Week 0
Baseline
Five minutes per participant. Afterwards you know where the gaps are per department.
Day 1-60
Training
Eight modules in short blocks, at your own pace or combined with a workshop. You see progress per group.
After 60 days
Follow-up
The same questions as on day zero. The difference is the figure you put in the report.
Questions
05 · Short answer
Does this fit in our LMS?
The training runs with us, and with the Premium package we deliver the modules as a SCORM package for your own LMS. Measurement and reinforcement then run through us.
From how many employees does this make sense?
From five participants per group. That's when the team reporting becomes meaningful and you have something to share in the next meeting.
Can we handle the communication ourselves?
Yes. You get sample texts for the announcement, the invitation and the reminder, which you can adapt.

In a half-hour demo we walk through the baseline, the dashboard and the reporting you can forward as is.
