Self-study that adapts
01 · How it runs
A self-paced course usually means everyone walks the same sequence. Not here: the sequence follows from what the measurement says about you.
On working day five you complete the baseline, in around five minutes. It measures your role, your work context, your knowledge level and your own assessment of it. Based on that, the flexible app modules appear in a different order, with examples from your kind of work and a pace that fits you.
What you don't get to see is your own level. That's not secrecy but experience: whoever reads 'beginner' starts behaving like one. The measurement steers the route, not your self-image.
Whatever went wrong for you comes back along a fixed ladder of 1, 3, 7, 16 and 35 days, spaced out and in small pieces. That's deliberate: something you do twice with a week in between sticks; something you tick off in one afternoon doesn't. And it doesn't stop at the certificate: a 60-day reinforcement phase follows, and after that a short pulse every quarter.
In your own time
You decide when in the day to do your session: between two meetings, on the train or at the end of the afternoon. The rhythm follows your working days: public holidays stay quiet and holiday leave pauses without backlog. No clock is running, so it feels like learning, not like an obligation.

No scheduling puzzle
Freeing up two hundred people on one day doesn't work, and the people you need most are exactly the ones who can't make it. Self-study removes that problem.
New colleagues can join anytime
Someone joining in March doesn't have to wait for the next training round in September. That sounds minor and, a year on, it's the difference between having a shared baseline and not.

What's the difference between your course and a training?
With us, nothing: it's the same content. The difference is how you take it. We use 'course' for the self-study route you work through at your own pace, and 'training' for the whole thing, including any workshops and guidance.
How long does it take?
The programme counts 26 mandatory learning moments in three phases, across 60 working days. Each working day one short learning moment is ready, a small part of your working day. Public holidays stay quiet and holiday leave pauses your path without backlog. There's no clock running: we measure study load, and deliberately not time spent.
Do I still have to work through what I already know?
Yes, but not as repetition. The programme is adaptive: do well on a test and you get more complex cases and deeper material instead of content you already master. What you partly know gets more compact: every lesson has three tracks, and your level decides which track you see, without you ever seeing a label attached to it.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. It is issued automatically, publicly verifiable and goes on LinkedIn in one click, with your own organisation's logo on it. And because the re-measurement on day 40 and day 60 shows what stuck, you have the proof it actually worked alongside the paper.
What does the course cost?
From €69 per participant, one-off, including twelve months of access to the modules and the prompt gallery. That's the Basic package: measurement, the full programme and the certificate. Add feedback on assignments and the employer dashboard (Plus) and it's €89. From 25 participants the price per person drops; the full tier table is on the pricing page.
Can I take the course alone, or does my employer have to join?
It runs through the organisation, and there is no minimum. The team reporting becomes meaningful from five participants, and everyone gets the same agreements. Ask your employer for a quote, or just forward them this page.
