Who processes your data

Itjoe processes the data you leave through a form on this site and the data created when you take a course. If your employer works with us, that employer is the controller and we are the processor.

02

Which data

Name, work email, organisation and role when you request a demo, brochure or contact. For a course we also hold: progress per module, answers to the baseline and follow-up measurement, what you report yourself about time saved, and the certificate date. What we call study load is the summed estimated duration of the items you completed. How long you actually sat in front of a screen is not recorded.

03

Why

To answer your request, to deliver the course and to show the employer whether the rollout works. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest. We don't use your data for advertising.

04

What the employer sees

Group figures, and everywhere only from five measured participants onward. Teams smaller than five are merged into one anonymous row; if that row still does not reach five, it is left out. Individual answers to the measurements and what you report yourself about time saved don't go to the employer. Visible per person: whether a module is completed and whether the certificate was achieved.

05

How long

Form requests: twelve months. Course data: for as long as your access runs. Accounts whose access expired at least twelve months ago go on a clean-up list. Deletion permanently erases the account and the learning data. Certificate data (name, certificate number, whether the training was completed) is kept under legitimate interest, so a certificate stays verifiable: a diploma that disappears the moment the account disappears is not a diploma. If you want the certificate gone as well, we destroy it after a written request from you.

06

Who else receives them

Only suppliers we need for hosting and email, under a processing agreement and with storage inside the European Union. The learning environment itself runs on its own hosting with its own MySQL database, without external analytics. No learning data goes to third parties and we don't sell data.

07

Your rights

Access is self-service. Through Profile, Download my data you get everything the platform records about you as readable JSON (GDPR articles 15 and 20), without needing an administrator. Every download is logged and limited to one per fifteen minutes. Beyond that, you may have your data corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Send a message via the contact page. We respond within thirty days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

Without consent, this site sets one functional cookie: your language preference. We always load the Google Analytics measurement script, but until you give consent, Google only receives an anonymous, cookie-free signal that cannot identify an individual visitor. If you click agree in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets a cookie, your IP address is truncated, and we measure per visit. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell data. Your choice lives in your browser and you can clear it there. The course material in the learning environment carries no tracking cookies: YouTube loads there through youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo runs with do-not-track switched on.
