One short learning moment on every working day, taking only a small part of your day, plus assignments in your own files. The full programme counts 26 mandatory learning moments in three phases, over 60 working days.

The content is the same, but the order, examples and pace adapt to your role, your level and what you find important. Every lesson carries three tracks: if you already know a lot you get a more compact track, and you never see that level anywhere. A controller starts with Excel sooner, a communications advisor with Word and PowerPoint.

Then you don't get repetition of what you already master. The programme is adaptive: do well on a test and you get more complex cases and deeper material. And what you partly know gets more compact, thanks to the three tracks per lesson.

The programme counts working days, not calendar days. If Wednesday is your day off, you never get a learning moment on Wednesday. Public holidays stay quiet, and a holiday pauses your path: you come back without a backlog.

The content is the same. E-learning is self-paced, a workshop is one or two half-days with guidance, blended starts with a half-day and continues as e-learning.

Working with Microsoft 365 is enough. Even if you've never written a prompt: the baseline assessment on working day five, about five minutes, sets your level per topic. You never see that level yourself, you simply get material that fits.

Without repetition most of a training day drains away within days: the forgetting curve Ebbinghaus described in 1885. His exact percentages come from a trial with nonsense syllables and don't translate one-to-one to a working day, but the direction holds and has been replicated often. So we train over 60 working days, with repetition along a fixed ladder of 1, 3, 7, 16 and 35 days: what goes well moves up, what goes wrong comes back tomorrow.

Then a 60-day reinforcement track starts, with a challenge on day seven and a refresher on day thirty. After that a short quarterly pulse asks whether you still use Copilot. And you keep access to the prompt gallery, the daily prompt and AI updates for up to a year.

Per team: progress, assessment outcomes and time saved, honestly labelled as an estimate. So you know what the training delivers and which team would benefit from a deep-dive workshop. Teams, not names, and group figures only appear from five measured participants.

You'll see that in the reassessments on day 40 and day 60. Usually that's the moment for a short workshop on exactly the lagging topics, not for repeating the whole training.

From €69 per participant, and the more participants the lower it gets. Most organisations pick Plus at €89: that includes the 60-day reinforcement, the dashboard and the daily prompt. For comparison: one day in the room for ten people who have not done any e-learning costs €2,700 on average, because everyone has to attend. Tomorrow, if you like. IT doesn't need to set anything up and participants simply log in through the browser. The starting week gets everyone up to speed quickly, and the baseline assessment of about five minutes follows automatically on working day five.

Sure. Start with one team of 10 to 20 people, with a baseline assessment in the first week and reassessments on day 40 and 60. Only then do you decide about the rest of the organisation.

For the assignments, yes. Without a working licence you can watch the modules, but not practise in your own files.

Partly. You can do the modules on prompting and searching; the parts in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams require the paid licence.

No. Participants log in through the browser and we don't connect anything to your Microsoft environment. SSO via Entra ID is in every package, so people use their own account. SCORM export to your own LMS is in Premium.

We don't track time: study load is the summed estimated duration of completed parts. Group figures only appear from five measured participants, the data stays with you as the customer and there are no external analytics.
