Session for managers

What this training is about

02 · The substance

After the rollout, teams diverge. One uses Copilot daily for real work, another stopped after week three. The difference is rarely in the people and almost always in what the manager does: whether they use it themselves, whether they ask about it, and whether there's room to try something that fails the first time.

So this session is about behaviour, not functionality. We go through your own dashboard, not national figures, your figures, and explain the differences between the teams underneath.

At the end there are three agreements per team. Concrete enough to say, six weeks later, whether they were kept. That's the only thing this session has to deliver.

Questions about this training

05 · Short answer

Why only ninety minutes?

Because it's the only length managers actually show up for. Longer means a half-empty room in practice, and then half the teams miss out on their agreements.

Do we have to use Copilot ourselves?

It helps enormously, and it's also the strongest predictor. Teams whose manager uses it themselves score structurally higher in the follow-up measurement. It isn't a condition for taking part, but it is something we discuss.

Do we get scores per employee?

No, the dashboard shows figures per team. That works better: people answer honestly about what they can do, and you see exactly which team needs to go deeper.

What if the dashboard shows nothing is happening?

Then that's the outcome and we discuss it. That's more uncomfortable than a session with flattering figures, but it's the only moment you can still do something about it.

  • Advanced training: Copilot Agents

Six hours for the frontrunners. One recurring process, one working agent, and an agreement on who owns it.

  • Critical review

The weakest column at almost every organization, and the only one where a mistake leaves the building. Two and a half hours with real errors from your own documents.
