What this training is about
02 · The substance
Every organization has a group that's through it after two weeks. Those people sit waiting in a standard training and lose their enthusiasm. A waste, because this is exactly the group that pulls the rest along, if you give them something to do.
This training runs six hours rather than three, because building the agent is the fastest part. Unpicking the process is what takes the time: what actually happens, which steps are decisions and which are actions, and what breaks when a step is skipped. Without that work you build an agent for a process nobody can explain.
The last hour covers what usually doesn't happen: handover. Who owns the thing, who notices when it stops, and what you do when the person who built it leaves. An agent without an owner is an incident six months from now.

05 · Short answer
How is this different from the Copilot Studio training?
This training happens inside your own Microsoft 365 environment and is about agents for the participant's own work. The Copilot Studio training is about the platform: building, orchestrating and governing for the whole organization. This one is a single day for frontrunners; that one is two sessions for a project group.
Do we need extra licences?
For building inside Microsoft 365 a Copilot licence is enough. As soon as you move towards Copilot Studio or Power Platform, further licences come into play. That depends on your agreement with Microsoft; we map it out before scheduling anything.
Why a maximum of eight participants?
Because everyone works on their own process, and that needs guidance. Above eight it turns into pacing the room while half of them watch.
Does the agent still exist after the training?
Yes, it lives in your own environment and stays there. Whether it still runs a year from now depends on the handover, which is why that's in the programme.
Can this fit into a half day?
No, and that's exactly why this training went from three hours to six. In three hours you build a demo. The hours after that cover exceptions and ownership, and that's where the difference lies between a demo and something that lasts.
