Eight short modules instead of one training day

A day of training feels complete. Six weeks later most of it is gone. Here's why we cut the training into ten-to-thirty-minute pieces.

A training day is easy to schedule and easy to justify. The problem comes after: participants return to a full inbox and fall back on the old route.

Short modules work better because the assignment lands in real work. You learn the Excel module on Monday and use it on Tuesday in the file you were working on anyway. What you don't use returns during reinforcement.

When a half-day does make sense

If a team has never worked with Copilot, a half-day together is faster than eight sessions alone. After that, e-learning is the follow-up, not the replacement.
