What a workshop adds when the e-learning is already done

The second session is almost never a repeat. It covers the three things everyone skipped.

After the e-learning, the follow-up assessment tells you which parts didn't stick. Usually that's two or three, and usually they differ per team.

A half-day on exactly those parts is shorter, more concrete and cheaper than a general follow-up training. Participants work on their own tasks, we walk around and correct where it goes wrong.
