Handing out licences isn't a rollout

Fifty licences, twelve active users. We see this pattern nearly everywhere, and it's fixable.

In the first weeks after rollout the figures peak: everyone tries something. Then it drops back to the group that already likes playing with new things.

What helps: one concrete task per role. Not 'use Copilot', but 'have your weekly report prepared and check the figures yourself'. Small enough to start with, big enough to save time.
