Licence and cost
A Copilot licence and a training are two separate bills.
One comes from Microsoft and runs monthly. The other comes from us and is one-off per participant. They get mixed up a lot, so here they are side by side.

Microsoft
The licence, per user per month
That gives access to Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It runs for as long as the contract runs, whether someone uses it or not. We do not sell it and earn nothing on it.
Itjoe
The training, one-off per participant
€59, €89 or €149 per participant for twelve months, with no automatic renewal. A workshop on site is priced per session and starts at €750 for the whole group.

02 · The reason
Because it is not ours. Licence prices change, differ per contract type and per region, and a figure on our page becomes an error you run into six months from now.
What is true: it is an amount per user per month, it is substantial, and it runs regardless of use. That last point is the heart of the problem this site is about. A licence nobody opens is a monthly cost with no return.
Microsoft's official pricing page is linked at the bottom. Check it before you build a budget, even if someone quoted you a figure. What a training costs is plainly stated on our side, broken down per package, on the pricing page.
What the licence doesn't solve
03 · The sum after that
The licence gives access. What people do with it decides whether that amount returns anything, and that is exactly the part the licence does not include.
The pattern is familiar: licences are arranged, there was a kick-off, and after that usage stalls at summarising a meeting. The licence keeps running in the meantime. What to do about that is on Copilot adoption.
Do the sum before you expand. It often returns more to put the licences you already have to work than to buy more. That is not a sales line from us: we earn on the training, not on the number of licences.

04 · Short answer
Do you sell Copilot licences?
No. You buy those from Microsoft or your own partner, and we earn nothing on them. We train the people who already have them. That saves you a conversation with someone who has an interest in more licences than you need.
What does a Copilot licence cost?
An amount per user per month, and it varies by licence type and contract. We deliberately avoid quoting a hard figure here: it is not our price and it changes without us. Microsoft's pricing page is linked at the bottom of this page.
Do I need a licence for your training?
For the Copilot training yes, because you practise in your own environment with your own files. For the €49 AI course no: it is vendor-neutral and works just as well if you use ChatGPT or nothing yet.
Is training cheaper than an extra licence?
That question is not quite right, because they are two different things. What is true: a licence is a monthly amount that runs whether someone uses it or not, and our training is €89 per participant for twelve months. Whoever doesn't use the licence pays for it anyway.
